At Marietta Nazarene, ENGAGE is a three-step pathway designed to help people engage at a deeper level with God, with themselves, and with others. Whether you have been attending Marietta Nazarene for 3 months, 3 years, or 3 decades, there is something to be gained by taking this step.

Know God is our introduction to the DNA of Marietta Nazarene: who we are, where we came from, and what we believe. This is where we answer all your "But what is a Nazarene?” questions.

KNOW GOD

Know Self explores the intersection of our God-given gifts, talents, and passions. We dive into personality, spiritual gifts, and the ways God has uniquely wired each of us for work in His Kingdom.

KNOW SELF

Know Others unpacks the biblical vision of community and helps people find their place within the church. We discuss the importance of life together and the various opportunities for connecting and serving within the church.

KNOW OTHERS

Offered twice a year (fall and spring).

What to Expect:

We get it. Entering into a new space can be tough, and we want to make preparing for ENGAGE as easy as possible. Below is information that will help you get a sense of what to expect.

Time?

Each session takes place at 5:00 Sunday afternoon and meets in our multi-purpose space.

Food?

We provide light refreshments to snack on during our time together.

Childcare?

If you have them, bring them. Our team is ready to take care of your children.

What to bring?

That’s really up to you. At a minimum, just yourself.
